About Quincy Metcalf

As a family law practitioner dedicated to representing men, Quincy focuses her practice on advocating for fathers in high-conflict child custody disputes. She understands that exaggerated allegations of abuse can unjustly threaten a man’s relationship with his children, and she brings extensive experience defending against these claims in both custody and protective order litigation. While she always strives for an amicable resolution, Quincy is a seasoned litigator who is fully prepared to take a case to trial when a fair settlement cannot be reached.

Quincy firmly believes that children thrive when they have a meaningful relationship with both parents — especially their father. While no child should ever be wrongfully withheld or alienated, Quincy recognizes that attempts to interfere with a father’s parental rights frequently occur and require decisive legal action.

Quincy earned her bachelor’s degree in History from Oklahoma State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa. Her approach to family law combines unwavering ethical advocacy with a compassionate understanding of the emotional toll the courtroom takes, ensuring every client feels supported and fiercely protected, no matter their situation.
