About David Fuller
For more than three decades, David B. Fuller has dedicated his professional life to serving children, families, and individuals throughout Oklahoma. He brings nearly twenty years of legal experience to Dads.Law, including extensive courtroom and litigation experience in divorce, child custody disputes, guardianships, protective order matters, and other family law cases — many of them complex and highly contested, in courts across the state.
Prior to joining Dads.Law, David served as an Assistant District Attorney, where he managed dockets involving more than 150 cases and regularly appeared in juvenile, deprived, and family-related proceedings. That high-volume courtroom experience sharpened the advocacy and litigation skills he now uses to fight for fathers and protect their relationships with their children.
What sets David apart is his lifelong commitment to children and families. In addition to his legal career, he spent more than twenty years in education and administration, working directly with children and families throughout Oklahoma — service that earned him recognition as Teacher of the Year for the 2018–2019 school year. David understands firsthand the importance of having both parents actively involved in a child’s life, and he believes children thrive when good fathers remain present, engaged, and empowered to maintain meaningful relationships with their children.
At Dads.Law, David combines decades of experience working with children and families, extensive litigation experience, and a deep commitment to fathers’ rights to aggressively advocate for fathers across Oklahoma.
