We Stand With Fathers in Oklahoma

Going through a divorce or custody battle is one of the most isolating experiences a man can face. You are often made to feel like a visitor in your own family, reduced to a paycheck, or told that “every other weekend” is enough time to be a dad.

Our Oklahoma Roots

Our movement began here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We saw too many good fathers in our local community losing their time and their hard-earned assets because the system was stacked against them.

We decided to build a firm dedicated exclusively to men. We spent years in Oklahoma courtrooms developing strategies to counter the bias and protect fathers.

What we built here in Tulsa has become a lifeline for men across the nation. We are now expanding to 25 locations, bringing our dedicated representation to fathers everywhere, but our home base and our heart remain here.

Jeff Bacon is a Tulsa-based family law attorney whose practice is dedicated to protecting fathers’ rights and advocating for men in complex divorce and custody disputes. His work includes prenuptial agreements, high-value divorce cases, valuation of marital businesses, child custody and support matters, and cases involving allegations of domestic violence, often involving protective orders and emergency custody proceedings.
