About Jeff Bacon
As a divorce lawyer for men, much of Jeff’s practice involves representing fathers facing high-conflict child custody disputes, including cases where exaggerated or unfounded allegations threaten a father’s relationship with his children. He has extensive experience litigating and defeating protective order cases arising out of domestic disputes, securing dismissal of improper protective orders, and helping fathers restore meaningful contact with their children. His background in business and finance also informs his work in cases involving closely held businesses and complex marital estates.
Jeff believes that a father’s role as a steady, dependable presence is essential to the strength and stability of a family during times of crisis. His philosophy is shaped by personal experience navigating his own experience with fatherhood and by a faith-based belief that fathers are called to be a source of protection, consistency, and moral grounding for their children. This perspective informs his approach to advocacy: measured, principled, and always focused on preserving a father’s ability to remain a meaningful and stabilizing force in his child’s life.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa in 2016 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2018, where he was recognized as a recipient of the Order of the Barristers for excellence in advocacy and professionalism. His approach to family law is shaped both by courtroom experience, and by personal insight into the emotional and practical realities families face in the legal system. Clients value Jeff’s steady, ethical advocacy, clear communication, and commitment to ensuring fairness for parents and children alike.
